Established by Telecommunications Techniques Corporation in honor of its founder, UMD alumnus Joseph A. Sciulli, to assist a student in Electrical Engineering through his/her four years at the University. Student must be a Maryland resident and will be judged on their academic achievement and potential, especially in math and science, rank in class, financial need, evidence of self-help, exemplary character and leadership potential, and a demonstrated interest in Electrical Engineering for a career.
