What Made You Decide to Attend UMD?

The Clark School is a prestigious engineering program and UMD is a great in state school. I wanted to go to an environment with a diverse community but also stay relatively close to home.

Best Experience with a Class or Project

Bonding with my Engineering team for ENES100, even though we were super stressed for our final test, we still spent time doing team bonding activities and becoming closer.

Getting to watch Jimmy O Yang perform a comedy show last year at UMD was really cool. It was a nice break from studying for my midterms and enjoying a good laugh with friends.

Looking forward to traveling abroad to Italy this winter for a sustainability class!
