Abstract: Innovation has always driven our world. Innovation in today’s society is rooted in technology, with Electrical Engineers at its heart. Engineering has taught us how to apply technology, science, and structured thinking to solve the world’s challenges, create greater experiences, and grow commerce globally. But none of that happens without applying those same skills to leadership. It is not always obvious, but those of us that apply our engineering skills to both science and leadership accelerate our life journeys. This session will explore my journey in transformation, innovation, and thought leadership, including its impact inside Global innovators Under Armour and Cisco Systems. This session will leave you with guideposts to set your own visions on how to take our world through its next evolution.
