Joining the Workforce: Expectations vs. Reality

Have you ever wondered if joining the workforce is more like The Office or Office Space? Join a panel of Lockheed Martin junior engineers as they share their experiences transitioning from student to professional life, including some of their biggest surprises and letdowns about the workforce. The panel will be made up of several engineers, who have all graduated within the past five years, eager to share details about their current work and the journey that got them to where they are now. The panel will be open to take your questions and answer everything that you’ve ever wanted to know about making the post-graduation transition, from searching for a job to preventing weight gain from the free office food.
