Descriptions:

The Phase Foundation established this scholarship to honor Dr. Norris Hekiman, an 1969 alumnus of the electrical engineering program at the University of Maryland. This scholarship is to help future generations of gifted undergraduate electrical engineers in reaching their potential. Recipients are chosen based upon their academic merit and preference is given to students with financial need.

Freshmen Sophomore Junior Senior Undergraduate

Other eligibility requirements:

Electrical Engineering students; minimum 3.0 GPA; financial need; renewable with maintained GPA and academic progress towards degree in electrical engineering.
