Descriptions:
Established by 1965 Clark School alumnus Edward N. Schinner in honor of his parents, Carl H. and Emma M. Schinner, this fund supports a graduate of High Point High School in Beltsville, Maryland who is enrolled as a freshman in the A. James Clark School of Engineering. Students will be chosen on the basis of financial need and academic merit.
