Arlene Estella Staley Scholarship | A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland


Established by 1958 engineering alumnus Ira Staley in memory of his late wife, Arlene Estella Staley, to support at least one freshman or sophomore student enrolled in the Clark School. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of financial need and preference will be given to Maryland residents.

Aerospace Engineering All Engineering Majors Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Civil and Environmental Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering Fire Protection Engineering Fischell Department of Bioengineering Materials Science and Engineering Mechanical Engineering

Class standing:

Freshmen Sophomore Undergraduate

Other eligibility requirements:

For freshmen or sophomore students in the Clark School. Based on financial need. Preference to Maryland residents.
