• Senior Advisor
  • Advises the president on internal and external affairs
  • Assists the president in preparing annual buget and requesting funds
• President
  • Run general meetings
  • Attend all SGA meetings
  • In charge of AESA budget - plan budgets with Treasurer
  • Coordinate all officers
  • Invite Guest Speakers
  • Create a resume workshop/folder
• Internal Vice President
  • Work closely with Public Relations
  • In charge of communication with SGA and other organizations
  • In charge of getting any type of contracts
  • Attend all SGA meetings
  • Update AESA with UMCP campus activities(i.e. job fairs, Asian Culture Month, etc.)
• External Vice President
  • Help all other officers with their duties
  • Attend all SGA meetings
  • Create plans for events
  • Keep membership log/e-mail updated in AESA account
  • Keep record of AESA Constitution, officer duties manuals
  • In charge of Asian Culture Month
  • Reserve security for Annual Dance, room for different events
• Treasurer
  • Attend all SGA meetings
  • Plan budgets for every event
  • Update all officers about AESA budget every month
  • Keep track of office supplies, inventory, budget, etc.
• Secretary
  • Keep records of all events at each and every executive meeting, include sign-up sheets
  • Update membership list
  • Issue membership cards
  • Inform members of AESA benefits
• Program Director
  • In charge of decorations for Annual Dance
  • Recruit members
  • In charge of seasonal tournaments and intramural sports
• Academic Chair
  • Set up academic workshops such as Resume Writing, Interviewing Skill, etc.
  • Create old exam network, accessible to all members
  • Help President with academic data base
  • Generate scholarship funds according to the budget
• Social Chair
  • Set up Annual Dance
    • Help Public Relations to design advertisement
    • In charge of Audio-Visual Equipment
  • Design games for picnic
• Public Relations
  • Inform the rest of UMCP campus about all upcoming AESA events
  • In charge of designing and posting fliers
  • Make tickets for Annual Dance
  • Frequently contact the Financial Office for Asian Engineering scholarships
• Fundraising Chair
  • In charge of fundraising activities
  • In charge of First Look Fair sales
