Clark School Students Earn Wylie Fellowships

The UM Graduate School has awarded eight Ann G. Wylie Dissertation Fellowships to Clark School students for the 2008-09 academic year.

"Competition for these fellowships was keen again this year, and many outstanding students from across campus will receive support intended to enable them to complete their dissertations," said Chuck Caramello, dean of the Graduate School.

Each fellowship awards a stipend of $10,000, candidacy tuition remission and financial assistance towards the cost of health insurance. The fellowships provide financial support for either the fall or the spring semester, and are intended for students who are in the final stages of writing their dissertations.
